Step 1: The Curated Setup & Go-Live

We start by integrating the vintage-style phone (your Audio Guest Book) into your event design. We work with your planner to select the perfect spot—a quiet lounge, an elegant console table, or near your custom backdrop. The phone comes pre-programmed with a personalized welcome message recorded by you or person of choice.  We power it up, test the line, and ensure your custom signage is perfectly placed to instruct guests. The only thing guests need to do is pick up the receiver.

During the event, your guests will simply:
